Product Description

Keep your Reback tools up and running with the EA20 and EA30 battery pack. They use lithium-ion batteries to provide you with efficient and long-lasting battery packs. In addition, these 120V battery packs are designed with LED indicators allowing you to know how much juice they still have. Please note that the EA20 has a capacity of 2.0Ah while EA30 has an electric charge of 3.0Ah.  Also, extended warranty is available when you register your product online.

Bad batterys

I had it less then a month battery is saying it’s full when I go to charge it but it’s empty.

Battery did not work

The battery I was sent did not work. I tried two different charging stations and none of the squares light up even when the charging station(s) were solid green saying it was fully charged.

bad batteries

product is OK but batteries are bad, won't even last 6 months and very expensive to replaced. I had to give my equipment away is cheaper to buy at Homedepot than replace these batteries

Very good product, but pricey

I own several Redback products and I am pleased with the performance. However, the batteries don't last as long as I'd like and replacements are VERY pricey (Hence only 4 stars). It would be cool if Redback offered a recyclying program where you could get replacement batteries cheaper if you turned in your old ones. Could be a win-win!
