These people are spot on A1 If you run into a problem they will do their best to get it resolved Just purchased they're chainsaw absolutely love it a really good tool. With all the power to take on the toughest jobs. I have their weed eater and their blower had them for years now absolutely great product. Sure they are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Their tools are well worth it. Not having to mess with gas and oil and they're there when you pull the trigger can't get much better than that. On demand power tools for the yard.
This is a great chainsaw. The saftey guard is a fantastic feature. And being able to pull out the battery is really nice. The weight of the battery, the power generated, and the duration of the battery are the main pieces I'm always looking at with electric tools. The weight of the chainsaw is good. It's good to have a bit of weight behind the blade to help with the work and prevent snagging. It generates good power. It's quick to get up to speed and works great through various types of wood. The battery life is good! It lasts probably around 20-30 minutes of use. When you are inbetween cutting and don't have the trigger pulled it sits idle not using battery. This is really nice. Unlike gas motors that have to idle while using gas, an electric motor doesn't need to keep the motor running. It comes to a full stop and saves power. This drags out time it lasts quite a bit.Getting everything hooked up out of the box was quick and easy. The manual is also a good walkthrough. Anyone would be able to put it together simply and quickly. The tension is easily adjusted. It's a large orange fly wheel on the right side. I do recommend checking it before each use.My main issue I've run into whie using it so far has been wishing the grip or anchor teeth were a little bigger. The saw uses the large black battery, the same as the Redback lawn mower I got. It's really handy having interchangeable batteries.
Battery lasted two years and can’t find new battery.
Battery died after 3 uses and can’t get any support from Amazon or redback
Got the saw. Battery was dead. Placed it on the charger and the charger reads charged. Clearly either the battery or the charger is faulty. So I guess I’ll return. Waste of my time.
