Redback makes unique high quality tools that are easy to use and work well for their intended use. Our experience is that our customers are rarely dissatisfied with our products and return them. However should this not be your experience we are happy to consider your request to return your purchase. This can be done by emailing us with your reason for wishing to return the product/s at Contact Us. Our customer service will then consider and reply to your request.

Please note any returns are to be in original condition with packaging and merchandise tags intact.
